Reimagining legacy brands like QVC who started out on broadcast television and Motherhood & A Pea in a Pod who shifted from brick & mortar retail stores to IG has been one of the more challenging and rewarding areas of my career.

Made for everyone, Good American’s brand is a unique blend of high-quality, fast-ish fashion that is meant to fit every body. In order to echo the brand’s core message, their CRM needed the same personalization — featuring strategic merchandising, send time, creative and messaging that empowered their customers to make shopping for one of the most tricky-to-fit purchases, seamless.
Project: Boost CRM program engagement (SMS & Email), support weekly product launches and large promotions like Friends & Family.
Results: Refreshing templates, A/B testing and refreshed automated email flows led to an 18% increase in CRM revenue and a 7% increase in CTR
